Managing Users
Summary : This article explains how configure user controls as well as validate or remove users.
Go to [Administration] > [People] > [Users]. The following view will be presented:

Show Email Addresses
Show Advanced Search
De/Activating Users
Search for the appropriate user, check (to activate) or uncheck (to deactivate) the Active box, and then click [Update].
Validating Users
Search for the appropriate user, check the Approve box, and then click [Approve].
Deleting Users
Search for the appropriate user, check the Delete box, and then click [Delete].
Setup
Setup allows a System User to manage System Configuration.

Template
User templates allow administrators to add additional customisable fields to the user record.

Template Views
Views may be utilised to create different display views of user data.

Location Services
If the Address Look Up or Location plugins have been implemented on the site, Location Services are used to configure the required options.

Activity Streams
Activity Streams may be used to display user activities. (An API Plugin is required to enable this functionality).
Registration
If a Registration Form is in use helper text may be added to the default fields includes in the form.

Export
Export allows details of users with Easysite accounts to be exported in CSV or XML format.

Groups
This option allows Administrators to manage Groups.

Show Email Addresses
Show email addresses exposes user email addresses in the main User interface.

Show Advanced Search
Show Advanced Search exposes additional search filters such as Groups or Organisation to the User interface.
